Development of a brand platform, logo, corporate identity and brandbook for the federal developer USTROY. A special challenge was that the developer turned from a local player in the Arkhangelsk market into a federal developer. The change of image had to be reflected in the visual identity. We started this task with keen interest!
After developing the brand platform, it became clear to us that the most important thing in the new positioning is the scale of the future brand. We tried to reflect this in the realization of the project at the stage of logo development. Here are some of the options we offered to the customer.

Brand Identity
We tried to create a simple, yet recognizable identity that would blend in with the diversity of the USTROY brand's product line. The main thing was to show how the brand treats its clients and how their lives will change after they receive the keys from the developer.

Also, taking into account the company's corporate identity, we created a detailed guide to its use. The document describes key elements of the identity, including colors, fonts, and graphic elements, which helps to maintain a unified and professional brand image in all communications.
