These include festivals, symposiums, seminars, concerts, forums, charity events, and all types of commercial and non-profit events. As always, everything starts with an idea, a concept that evolves into a slogan, which can become the name and foundation for the identity.
To organize any mass event, a whole list of branded items is needed:
1
Posters
2
Leaflets
3
Tickets
4
Badges
5
Souvenirs (as much as imagination and budget allow)
6
Website design and social media presence
7
Merchandise for the event staff
8
Merchandise for event participants
9
Signage
10
Advertising banners
This is not an exhaustive list. As a rule, event organizers actively use branded materials to convey the idea of the event and leave a lasting impression on the participants.
Our experience in branding in this field has shown that an advantage would be to choose a logo and elements of the corporate identity that can be animated. Modern event organizations use numerous monitors and LED screens, where they can effectively use intros and 3D videos with dynamic branded content. Modern technologies allow for the transition from 2D to 3D branding, which, in my opinion, is a logical development in this industry.
