A local development company approached us with a project located on the Atlantic coastline — a modern residential complex with panoramic ocean views. The name Blue Wave had already been chosen. Our task was to create a premium yet balanced identity that would reflect proximity to the ocean without resorting to obvious or overused visual clichés.

Outcome Logo, Brand Identity & Brand Book for a Premium Apartment Complex in Senegal
We built the visual concept around the metaphor of a wave — subtle, architectural, and controlled rather than decorative. The wave became a structural element within the logo and graphic system, symbolizing both movement and continuity. The result was a cohesive brand identity system, including the logo, typography, color palette, visual language, and a comprehensive brand book. In addition, we developed key marketing materials — from outdoor billboards and city formats to sales presentation assets — ensuring a consistent and confident market launch.
Impact
The target audience was not tourists, but local residents of Senegal — mature, family-oriented buyers seeking spacious, high-end apartments for long-term living. The brand needed to communicate modernity while preserving a sense of stability, comfort, and timeless elegance. This was not about a flashy resort aesthetic, but about a refined and confident space for life by the sea. Today, the apartment complex is under construction, sales have been successfully launched, and the brand identity supports its positioning as a premium residential space for comfortable oceanfront living.
